Seat Tube Fixture (for Bicycle Frame Jig)
Seat Tube Fixture (for Bicycle Frame Jig). It will accommodate seat tubes from 30 to 90 degrees from horizontal to work with any style of bike. The center of the cone is 5" from the inside of the upright (and forward of the upright) to allow plenty of space for welding. A slotted hole allows fine adjustment of the cone left and right to the centerline of the jig. The cone Requires a base clamp and a 2" wide spacer to offset the upright from the side of the jig. See the pictures. The seat tube cone is sold separately. 2"x2" tubing supplied by the customer.

The steel plates for the seat tube fixture are laser cut from 1/4" plate and are powder coated black.
